Our foreign trade practice particularly includes assistance to exporters, importers, local companies, trade associations and chambers of commerce with regards to unfair trade practices (antidumping and countervailing measures) and/or safeguard measures proceedings held by the Ministry of Economy of Costa Rica, in light of the commitments assumed by our country in the World Trade Organization (WTO) and in the free trade agreements in force.
In addition, we provide assistance to local and foreign exporters in such proceedings held by Costa Rica's trading partners.
